Country and Sea representatives negotiates substantial discounts off the open market value on properties bought off-plan throughout the UK, giving our investors a superb opportunity to increase their wealth through capital growth.
Buying as a collective allows us to negotiate discounts between 10% and 25% off open market value: these discounts are then passed on to our investors in their entirety. But our service doesn't end when you agree to purchase a property; it merely starts. We will assist you with legal details, financing, re-sales, lettings, furnishings and management if required.
We associate ourselves only with developers who share our commitment to quality and high levels of service, and we have rigorous due diligence procedures to ensure only the best deals are offered to our members.
Country
and Sea have a duty to our investor members to offer a variety of property
products in a variety of locations, which are not bound by geography.
A procurement fee of between 0-3 percent of the market value may be charged,
depending on developments.
Why property?
Property is a tangible asset that gives people control over their future. Historically, residential property has doubled in price every 7 years and should therefore be viewed as at least a medium-term if not long-term investment. Although there will inevitably be short term fluctuations in market prices, property has always provided a consistent long term store of value for anyone who owns it.
In many cases the discount negotiated by Country and Sea Property Services can be used to subsidise the capital required on a buy to let mortgage, which can be done on-site.
